Banking Specialist - DE/FR/EN - Permanent position (Full-time and part-time)

About the role

For our client, a Geneva-Based Digital Bank, we are looking for a Banking Specialist.

You will assist clients on their day-to-day activity by providing an excellent support in banking services and any other inquiries coming from clients or other departments.

Additionally, the role consists in handling internal tickets related to client’s experiences and issues and provide a proper follow-up.

Job duties

  • Interact with clients through chat, video-calls and phonecalls
  • Prompt follow-up of client’s inquiries through a ticketing system
  • Manage client’s relationship
  • First line of defense for on-boarding, periodical review and cross boarder regulation
  • Compile internal reports
  • Escalate client’s requests if not handled directly
  • Work within the Wealth Management Department and in liaison with all other departments to solve efficiently and pro-actively client’s requests and issues
  • Participate in project development related to the Wealth Management Department and client’s experience

We are looking for

Experience/Education

  • More than one year of work experience in the financial sector
  • CFC, Banking diploma or Bachelor degree

IT Skills

  • MS Office tools
  • Experience working with CRM

Languages

  • English fluent (B2)
  • Mother tongue or fluent in Swiss German
  • Any additional language (French / Italian)
  • Impeccable writing skills are a must for the mothertongue language
