Über die Position

Our client is an NGO active in the global health sector in Geneva.

In order to support the team in their participation to a major event, we are looking for a Project assistant / content specialist.

Your number one goal will be to produce compelling content of various formats (PPT, briefs, talking points, etc.). All of that while working in a fast-paced environment, within a multicultural team who is passionate about global health. Sounds like a dream?

Aufgaben

  • Produce various content depending on the target audience (invitation letters, briefs, PPTs, talking points, etc.)

  • Ensure the format and design is visually right and compelling

  • Support the team with any operational request during the event

Wir suchen

  • You are renowned for your writing skills (an existing sample will be asked of you during the recruitment process)

  • You are proficient in English, written and spoken (native level or C2)

  • Your other talent is working with MS Word : it takes you 2 seconds to make any document look harmonious and professional

  • You have produced compelling PPTs in your previous experiences

  • You have worked in an NGO before and hold an interest for subjects such as global health, its social impact, etc.

  • You are available ASAP for the next 3 to 4 months (potentially renewable)

The cherry on top? One task after the other, you are a machine when you are given a goal. But you also love to pitch in some ideas and you are a great communicant, especially in a multicultural environment or with high-level managers.
