Great opportunity as a Business Analyst for a 12 months mission in an International Organization!

For our client, a great International Organization with offices in Geneva, we are looking for their next Business Analyst to work on two main and important projects for the organization. You will be joining 2 project Teams, and you will report directly to the Project Manager.

As a Business Analyst, you will work on an optimization of the use of MS Teams and MS Viva. Among other initiatives that will take place during the year, you will be in charge of:

• Working with users and generate value propositions and uses-cases
• Translating these into Human-Centered experiences
• Collaborating with users, testings and validating ideas
• Creating a detailed business analysis using business analysis methodology
• Communicating concepts to users and customers
• Designing solutions that meet goals and requirements
• Actively collaborating with the technical and development partners to ensure they have all the information to deliver
• Helping validate solutions through user testing
• Supporting the internal customers during the roll-out

• A first experience as Business Analyst in an international environment is a must
• Good knowledge of MS Viva and MS Teams
• Knowledge of Human-Centred Solution Design is an asset
• Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global organization and interact with a multicultural team
• Ability to output from creative processes and rationalize decisions based on findings
• Good Change Management skills
