Opportunity for an Operations Officer - Funds Processing

You have a first experience in Private banking within the operations department and you are looking for your next opportunity? You are a fast learner and you are willing to integrate a well known private bank? Do not hesitate and apply online!

Über die Position

You will integrate a team and you will participate to the execution and accounting of all trades inputted by the front and related to funds (traditionnal and alternative)

Aufgaben

  • Funds trade management and execution
  • Be sure that trades are placed and arrange payments
  • Monitoring of trade status and follow-up with counterparties
  • Answer and follow-up for all KYC and AML requests sent by the funds
  • Follow-up with the corporate action team
  • Identify and solve all security and cash breaks

Wir suchen

  • Experience of minimum 2 years within a private bank
  • Knowledge of private banking operations
  • Fast learner and team player
  • French and English: fluent
