Über die Position

Our client is an important NGO. They are looking for a Software Asset Coordinator for 11 months. They are currently auditing all the solutions at the IT level. The goal would be to make a statement about the performance and costs of these solutions. The person should have a good understanding of application life cycles. In addition, we are looking for someone who has already worked as a SAM and ideally with SNOW, flexera or Service Now

Aufgaben

  • Performs software asset management activities
  • Manages all software renewals and ensures the alignment with the dedicated budget as well
  • Monitors all new software integration under the supervision of the IT vendor Manager
  • Collects, organizes, and analyzes software install/usage information to establish an accurate and complete summary of license requirements
  • Ensures license compliance and license financial monitoring
  • Identifies, manages and escalates any software licensing risks
  • Ensures licenses financial tracking, follows up budget expenditure throughout the year along with identifying and escalating financial risks

Wir suchen

  • Holding a master/bachelor degree in business, business analytics, HEC , HEG or equivalent education
  • Having an experience as SAM (software asset management coordinator)
  • Strong SAM Snow Tool knowledge – ideally Snow Software certification
  • Being a good communicator
  • Fluent english and excellent command in french
  • Being flexible
  • Start asap (preferably in february) for 11 months
