Über die Position

For our client, a renowned academic structure, we are looking for a data analyst to intervene with the different stakeholders of the project as an expert.

The spokesperson for CRM in case of business expert questions and behind the CRM and training as well.

Aufgaben

  • Analyze data needs
  • Act as a business expert of the CRM Application
  • Collaborate closely with the IT CRM Service Manager
  • Assess, monitor, and take actions to guarantee CRM data quality, consistency, and coherence
  • Preserve and improve data management processes and accuracy.
  • Cooperate with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives
  • Design and configure Dynamics Dashboards and the Dynamics Marketing elements for specific marketing actions

Wir suchen

  • Master's degree in business analytics or a similar education such as HEC/Business management
  • First similar experience, ideally on Microsoft dynamics or in another CRM (as Salesforce...)
  • Being fluent in english
  • Familiar with javascript or HTML is a plus
  • Personal skills: good interpersonal skills, curious and autonomous
