Data Analyst for an NGO !

You have work experience as a Data Analyst ? You have worked with Tableau CRM Salesforce before (formerly Salesforce Einstein) ?Working in an international environment is a goal of yours ? About the role

Our client is an NGO active in the Global Health sector, based in Geneva.

To support their data and Analytics team, we are looking for a Data analyst with at least one year of practical experience.

Job duties

  • Development, support, maintenance and enhancement of Data and Analytics (D&A) products
  • Update and delivery of dashboards and reports on D&A products progression in compliance with the company guidelines
  • Manage and enhance data vizualizations and data flows for D&A products
  • Document all changes and updates made to the products to further enable their support and development
  • Provide support on reports and dashboards to business end users
  • Maintain the company's dashboards and reports on the various platforms

We are looking for

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science (or any related field)
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data analysis
  • You have a strong knowledge of Tableau CRM Salesforce (formerly known as Salesforce Einstein - knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau could do the trick as well) and Excel
  • You have some experience with SAQL and SQL (required)
  • You are perfectly fluent in English - French is an added advantage!

Most of all, you are a self-starter, as well as a team player and have great presentation / communication skills. You also handle stressful situations and strict deadlines really well, and have a good sense of customer service. Sounds just like you ?
