About the role

Our client is an NGO active in the health sector in Geneva.

First things first :

  • You will be responsible in helping the IT department create some fun, up-to-date content for the Intranet (on Sharepoint) and make sure the guidelines and deadlines are respected
  • You will also ensure each team or entity has created their own personalized page
  • You will be entrusted in encouraging people to use engaging and targeting communication strategies, in line with the communication principles
  • You will coordinate and deliver communications for the IT department on a regular basis

Later on :

  • You will help organizing trainings (ex: sending invites through Cornerstone)
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing an on-boarding program about the IT team mission, its structure, and the basic product usage for newcomers (i.e: how to use MS Teams?)

We are looking for

  • You have a first successful experience in internal / corporate communication
  • You are tech savvy - meaning you are also a quick learner when it comes to new softwares or technology to use (a knowledge of Sharepoint is an asset)
  • You have excellent written and spoken English language skills (ideally native, or a level C1 at least, with proven professional experience in English). Knowledge of French is an asset
  • You are available immediately for the next 4 to 5 months
  • You have no problem working remotely
  • More than anything else, my client is looking for a personality : committed, hands-on, multitasking, with common sense, not too shy (as you will have to give feedback to Managers), empathetic, open-minded, approachable, dynamic and eager to learn...
