About the role

Our client is an international company in raw material Trading. They want to strenghten their team with a new support help desk level 1 & 2. You will join a big international company and work with a small energic team. Your job will be truly diverse and stimulating.

Job duties

  • Support to user level 1 & 2 (solve problem, printer/connexion/system issues, ...)

  • Ticketting

  • User training on new software

  • New software deployment

We are looking for

  • First experience as Helpdesk level 1 and 2

  • Experience in Bank or International/Trading company is a plus

  • Comfortable with Microsoft tools

  • Good level in English (B2 minimum)

  • Available soon

  • Autonomous and resourceful

  • Proactive and good communicant
